Counseling Session Terms & Payment Agreement

Session Duration: 50 minutes 

First time clients will pay half (1/2) of their session fee(s) as a non-refundable deposit up to five (5) days before the first session to reserve their appointment. No exceptions. 

Subsequently, the full payment is due at the start of each session. 

Late Fees

No late fee for the first tardy. A $15.00 late fee  will be assessed for each tardy afterwards. After 15 minutes late, the session will be considered missed, with need to be rescheduled. Following three (3) tardies/two (2) no call no shows, we will reassess the schedule for a better start time or decide to pause sessions altogether. 

Counseling Session Fees 

Individual/Family Counseling Fees

1 person $75 per/session

2 people $135 per/session 

Family of 5-7 $325 per/session  

Group 8+ $70 per/person per/session 

Workshop Speaker Fees: Full Fees available upon request. 

25-30 people: Travel + lodge + $1500 + Material Fee

31-50 people: Travel + lodge + $2000 + Material Fee

50+ people: Travel + lodge + $2500 + Material Fee
